Project DRIVE!

Schema Drive AJThe company OKIN deals with a controlled increase in labor productivity of its employees on projects where we handle the technical facility management for our clients. The project, which covers this issue is called DRIVE!. To install DRIVE! what is important for projects is inputting information stemming from passportisation of objects and the registration of all activities necessary for successful technical management of buildings into the operating system Okin. Updated client requests are typically solved using Helpdesk.

Regular operations generated on a daily basis from the operating system Okin and current actions generated from our Helpdesk are allocated either automatically or with the help of a dispatcher into the mobile device of a specific serviceman, who then on-line documents the whole process of repair or regular maintenance in his mobile device upon execution. The software for project DRIVE! is tailored for the needs of the company OKIN based on years of experience of our company in the field of facility management.

with the help of these solution we managed to establish bery good relationship with the client which results into more services for us

  • OKIN ensures higher flexibility regarding transportation within the factory (office containers are located in two parts of the factory which facilitates our employees to go quicker to certain areas)
